  • After your initial consultation, our physician team will collaborate to create a detailed, actionable Care Plan for you, filled with steps towards relief of your pelvic pain symptoms. Our expertise is in both traditional healing modalities (medication, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy) as well as proven holistic modalities such as acupuncture, nutritional supplements, and mind-body work. Together, we’ll choose a path to healing that fits in with your life and health goals.

  • Our virtual care model was designed with the utmost intention to be a comfortable and safe experience for all, from the comfort of home. No undressing, no cold tables, no lengthy commute, no leaving your home on a day when your pain is flaring up. You show up, as you are.

  • We know that support for healing goes beyond medical care. That’s why you’ll have a Care Coordinator there to be your patient advocate for referrals, emotional support, and to help you with billing and insurance questions, as well as appointment scheduling. Our goal is to make your care journey as seamless as possible, so you can focus on your healing.

  • Zencape Health is currently only available to residents of New York. We believe that everyone deserves excellent care regardless of location, so we are actively working on expanding access! Sign up for our mailing list (located at the bottom of our website) to receive updates.

  • We do not currently accept insurance. In some cases, your care coordinator can provide you with an insurance invoice (aka superbill) for your medical visit to submit to your insurance provider according to their specific claims process.
